21 Day Challenge...
Okay so recent surveys show that it takes 21-28 days to form a habit. Today I am starting my triple dose habit forming challenge! #1. Exercise more (everyday to the gym) #2 Water water water... (this is gonna be the hard one) trying to see if I can drink mostly water. No tea and no sodas I am trying to do fruit smoothies/shakes for breakfast and they require with milk some kind of juice like orange juice or that carbonated water. #3 Eat healthy!!! I found an app on my phone it's called mynetdiary I just downloaded the free version and it is AWESOME! It allows you to track how many calories you eat, how much you exercise, the amount of water you drink and a lot more! You should try it! I love how it allows you to put in your current weight and goal weight and will help you decide how many calories you should consume a day. I am in control and I am up for the challenge!

So proud of you,I lost 10 lbs. I have about cut out all tea and colas. You can and will be a success!
