So... Summer 2011?!

Everyone asks “How’s your summer vacation from school going”, and I really don’t know how to respond. Well Granny always said not to tell a story, but this summer’s been crazy, sad, fun, scary, and hot, but I can’t answer the question with that because either it doesn’t make sense or I will get 101 questions about the response.
This Summer at the very beginning I took the TAG class for Life Link. It doesn’t sound like a big event, but after the class I felt really happy I’m guessing because I talked to Mrs. June for a little while. Any time I talk to her I feel that way. Still have to take my paper back to her even a month later, keep forgetting. After that on June 6th PJ passed away with Alzhiemer’s Disease. I miss him dearly, but I wouldn’t want him back in the shape he was. I love you more. (That’s the last thing he told me.) His funeral was that Wednesday. Then that weekend I went and stayed with K-bug and Buddie, while their mommy took their daddy on a surprise trip for Father’s Day. Staying with them of course that made me feel better. Then the following Monday I rode back, sick and all, with Ashley to Pine Mountain, GA. I spent almost a month there and worked on Mondays for Bare Ware Pottery at the Gallery, and one Saturday I worked with tie dye for Callaway. I had a ton of fun and made a lot of fun things, but was ready to come back. I got back home on Friday of last week. That Saturday we went to Mawmaw and Pawpaw’s to eat hamburgers and hot dogs with the family. Then Sunday was a hard day. Sunday July 10th was the one year anniversary of Dylan’s death. It seemed like that weekend and that day especially it started setting in that PJ was gone as well. That brings me to today…Momma had her lap-band surgery.
So it’s been a  crazy, sad, fun, and hot summer.
