21 Days...

Okay so if you read the blog you probably know that a while back ago I started a 21 day challange. Where I challenged myself to go 21 days without tea, soda, or any other kind of drink that wasn't milk or water. Well I did it, and in those 21 days I went to the gym and worked out and a whole lot of good for me stuff. But, spring break and Easter threw me off course. I will be honest and say that I haven't been to the gym in almost 3 weeks, and honestly I am really starting to miss it. Although I am mad at myself for getting out of routine I think it might be helping me to take a break. I think it is helping learn how to maintain my weight. After my 21 day challange I lost about 27 pounds, and I figured since I hadn't been to the gym in a while I would have gained some back, but I haven't. I am going to start the 21 Day thing again tomorrow and we will see what happens! I am trying to thank of something else that I can limit myself on along with the bad drinks. Hmm better go think of something!!!
